This class will suit confident beginners and intermediate levels.  The workshop will really allow your creative juices to flow and will enable you to learn some intricate sugarcraft techniques. 

In this cupcake workshop you will decorate 9 cupcakes and

learn the following;

How to make edible bunting

How to pipe using Royal icing

How to make sugar plaques

How to write on sugar plaques with sugar pens

How to mould sugar teapots, teacups and saucers

How to create mini sugar tablecloths

How to cover your cupcakes with flat icing using embossing techniques

You will also be treated to a full afternoon tea served on vintage china, what could be more lovely than that... we hope you will join us.
